Card maker blog hop

Hey Stampers! Welcome to my stop on the The Project Bin and CardMaker Christmas blog hop. If you are hopping along you probably just came from Clare's blog.

Today I have for you a set of cards using the sentiments from the Maybe Christmas set from The Project Bin.  For my cards I used patterned papers from both Doodlebug's Milk & Cookies collection and from Pink & Main the Jolly collection.  My solid card stock in today's cards is all from Stampin' UP! because I have a large stash of it.  I used Real Red, Night of Navy, and Wild Wasabi.  I used card sketches from Operation Write Home, Sketch Saturday, and Reverse Confetti.  So lets get started.

Card one uses Night of Navy card stock and a sheet from Milk & Cookies. I used sketch 27 from Reverse Confetti which I turned sideways.  My sentiment is stamped in Night of Navy ink, I used silver and white baker's twice from Lawn Fawn.  I found these sketches with all the dimensions already figured out so I didn't have to think too hard (lol!)

My next card uses Wild Wasabi card stock and two different plaid patterns from Jolly.  My sentiment on this card is stamped in Glorious Green (this is a retired Stampin' UP! color).  The ribbon is green trimmed with silver that I got last year at my local Michael's store.  Sketch 373 from Sketch Saturday  was used for this card

My final card today uses Real Red card stock and two sheets of patterned paper from the Jolly collection.  My sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo black.  I added some red and green pearls from my stash to add some dimension and interest and used card sketch 49 from Operation Write Home.

My stop has come to end, thank you so much for playing along with us and if you would like to continue to hop along, Tamie is your next stop.  If you jumped into the hop in the middle and want to start at the beginning visit CardMaker blog to get the entire line up of blogs and links.
